You know what charms should i use? Ee or str? And what about acc charm?

Did you read the guide that I linked with my first post? Because it has your answers in there.

Strength or dexterity in the main charm slot depending on the weapons you are using if you are using a fighter.

Stat charms are always used in the normal charm slot as they have no effect in the accessory slot.
Accessory slot is usually used for heal charms like the guide Newb has linked earlier.
Effectiveness of EE charms in the accessory slot are only 75%.
