So, I know Enhanced Effect diminishes on an item as you level, so a lvl 50 with 100ee will not be 100ee at lvl 55 for example.

I'm wondering if magic luck functions the same?

Not that anyone is aware of. ML appears to be a static property, like max life or max mana, or maybe quickdraw, as opposed to ilvl dependent.

This is really hard to test though, it'd take direct feedback from paul or kevin or somebody to give an accurate answer, imo.

Thanks for the quick response.
This makes sense. I suppose with it being related to drops/stats or what not that it cannot really be directly tested. At least not easily.

EE does not diminish either with the level.

The reason why a 100% 50 one does less damage than a 100% 55 one is because the "Enhanced Effect" does increase the base damage of an item by a sertant amount.

Since the base damage from items rise per level it looks like it's decreasing/increasing what it actually does not.

E/ the base statts, not only damage. It's the same with heal charms and Armours...

You are correct, I am guessing it is in reference to the old days where you have a level 50 with 100% ee, and it is close to a level 55 with 80% ee... so you would make sure you bought a 55 with over 80% ee.

not sure how this is the "old days" this still holds true.
There's still the ragnaroks image floating around which i explained so that new players can understand it: https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=82816922&f=74

The only reason EE is considered like this, is that you need to take into account the base damage of the weapon, and as you all know, the higher the tier, the higher the base damage, numbers can be found here: https://ladderslasher.d2jsp.org/index.php?g=3
So the EE isn't being "diminished" its the base damage of higher tiers making higher tier weapons with the same EE deal more damage, so this has no effect on any other stat.

I will put it in steps for you:

Bodierox has been playing for decade + (before you).
Andreas quoted him with answer
I quoted Andreas because it is correct and that Bodierox may have been referring to what I typed.

You get it now? It wasn't a reflection on the mechanics of the game? Read buddy read, don't just see my post and reply. Nothing I said was incorrect, you posted that yourself.
