Should i place more points in dex to get more crits?
i ask cz i put all into str with barb and get some crits. Do you get significant more Crits if you put more points in dex?

anyone make tests with clubs?

With my last test i was using well over 100 dex and i still didnt really get any crits, i know that bwf did tons of testing in the past, but there was a topic up about this like a year ago when i was pushing my last club prof to 15, where those numbers he had didnt really work at all (for me)

Clubs seems to be by far the worst weapon base to get crits with

From what I understood, crit chance varies from weapon to weapon and it is vastly different with attack charms. Your crit chance is very noticeably higher with charms. So, based off that, I think weapons have a fixed crit chance. So it wouldn’t matter what stat you pump up or how much you pump it up. That is my theory.

well it has been proven that stating the wrong stat (the lower dmg one) is giving a higher chance to crit, but clubs are weird on that one (probably works, but not as well as the other types)

If anyone was curious, this was the testing: https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=80541143&f=74

Worth knowing how weapon ratio graphs actually work, can see that here: https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=84442301&f=74&o=20
so as an example did you know that any time you increase your strength from a number ending in a 0 to a number ending in a 1 with clubs, it will not affect your damage? (so 120 to 121 strength or 70 to 71 will not increase damage, all other 9 possibilities to add strength it will though)

Finally, worth noting how much strength really affects a clubs damage:

you can see how 97 strength added 422 max damage to the equipped club, but only added 30 max damage to the level 55 dagger in the inventory.
Used an old screenshot as it saved me doing another.

So yes, plenty of evidence here to go strength with clubs ;)
