Hey & Welcome!
No there is not, the only way to do something like that would be to reroll the whole character meaning that u start as level 1 again (but u keep all gear on it etc)
Starting out fresh I'd suggest u to go as barb (easy access to decent abilities & stats for melee)
There's a pretty good guide here for that:

i prefer this guide, way more too the point:
https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=82660445&f=272defo use a barb.
it's recommended to change gear every 10 levels or so.
as an example, here are two clubs:
Magical drywood club
Level Req: 35
Damage: 154 to 695
+155% Enhanced Effect
Mystical angelwood club
Level Req: 50
Damage: 197 to 889
+151% Enhanced Effect
+1 Life Regen
+1 to 1 Mana per Attack
notice the level 35 one has more enhanced effect but does lower damage, this is the main reason we change gear every 5-10 levels. seeing higher level gear has more damage (weapons) or defense (armor). The only thing that really matters on your charm is how much strength it has. a level 20 charm with 33 strength is better than a level 40 charm with 30 strength. As not only can you use it 20 levels earlier, the strength is higher as well
as stated in the guide i linked
barb stat points: vita and strength (do not use dex/int)
Use retribution, powerstrike and after you get to level 50 or so, put 3 points into doublestrike.
In terms of gear:
Weapons: EE (enhanced effect)
Armor: EE
Charms: Strength
as i tell all the new players. feel free to pm me if you have any questions, posting here will get them resolved also

As NR1 pointed out... "reroll" function to go back to level 1 for do over.
Basics:
Make some mules & use the Marketplace to "Transfer" any items you want to keep to them.
Most people go with Barbarian / Fighter as first character class ... I prefer Barb because of the retribution skill.
Enhanced Weapon (that you can use)
Enhanced Armor (Scale / Plate or Chain... Scale is versatile until Monk)
Stat Charm in Main slot (check weapon ratio you are using, so Sword is 75 str / 25 dex... so you want Strength stat)
Acc Slot... only mod that works here is the Enhanced Effect and basically only heal types are used)
Watch your life bar, if you get below 50%, you can regen in town (sit in town and get life / mana restored) ... or use crap magical plus items and throw them in the Murakar Shrine.
Hope this helps as well as the link supplied by NR1
ty all for not judging me and for the good tips! i will look into all these when i’m back. ty
