Getting back into ladder slasher after many years of neglect.
I'm searching for the cap stat rolls for each tier item, for example max stats for EE and level 10 would be 100, level 15 120 ect
Also any help would be appreciated in regards to best starter builds on a budget as well as which items hold value for specific reasons like glyph and transmutation, there any many guides and different links i've found but many of them are from years ago and i'm sure things have changed since they were posted.
