I know on d2 i can sell names, i'm wondering if name sales are legal on ls?

i'm not even going to say what names i have just wont to know if this is ok or not.

i looked threw this thread and didn't see any mention https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=71516286&f=273
