group play really only way pretty much...
1 get 1 player to be healer as guardian needs tank armor heal charm every 5-10 levels.. for 2fg every 10 levels prob work
2 buy 1 fg item with as much ee as possible every 5 lvls
3 even if junk group can work and get items on way explore all levels..
Band together make post time u can play .. get your guild to help or start skilling and start lvl 1 groups ...
For those of you who have gear start helping others in your guild with none...

try band together with others and if that dont work skill some until you make something work... start posting more for groups.. sooner or later you make it work... bug more on ls post until it works... bug your guild more for support ...

I see people in old slasher guilds complaining they solo with no help .. What the hell these guilds went to hell seems like... Dead or no support ... I accepting all newbs sure they may last a week of playing did a few climbs never see them for month maybe or weeks.. Some on every day until they get ban for 48 hours lol


hit me up we band together chill climbs sure we may not make it all way mq so what.. keep 1 char for groups 1 char for solo skilling .. 4 mules make mage for 2 man teams.. 1 mage 1 tank.. so that 4 chars climbing 4 mules ... 1 for groups 1 for skilling and solo..... 1 tank 1 mage for 2 people teams... it really not hard to get going

My first Master Quest ... which was SC, I got carried as a Tank.

Plate armor with + Vitality (level 55) ... and 0 Enhanced Effect
Main charm with + Vitality and Intelligence ... and 0 Enhanced Effect
Weapon with + Vitality and 0 Enhanced Effect

Only pumped points into Vitality... I sat in front... took all damage, there were 2 Mages in the group healing and saying OOM and took turns until one of them leveled up to replenish their mana pool since nobody could go to town to shrine in those days, nor could you create a group with high level characters... no means to shrine, a death reset the entire group run... now those were the days.

In my previous post with me getting my first Master Quest with shit gear and being carried, I did forget to mention that they invited me to join their group run, and that is because I reached Rank 10 in Swords ... I was acknowledged by these people because of the effort I took to reach that Rank and NOT even completing a Master Quest... I solo'd and re-rolled, but I showed that I liked playing Ladder Slasher and that I never gave up, even though I started on HC... not knowing anything, not asking for help or information, died a shit ton and went to SC... and played it like I would play HC... I even deleted characters because I died on SC before this character reached Rank 10 in Sword on SC ... oh... I deleted that character when it had Rank 22 and was in the top 5 Ranking in those days.

You can learn information in a Guide, but you never know how their loyalty or love for the game is until they have emerged themselves into it and proved it.

This is why I stick to a Guardian now... it is the worst character to start with because of restrictions and damage stats... however, it has the better defense and healing abilities to every other character class.
