So first of all i recommend you get a new weapom, 77ee works out at about the same damage as a level 30 weapon

secondly, to get more damage for a barbarian, you should use a strength charm, as all 3 standard weapons for barb a strength charm works decently for. Avoid statting dexterity, as strength is just simply better in your case.
Your armor is great and it appears you've mostly statted vitality which is a decent option

Using an EE charm means that casting does more damage, which is pretty much useless for a barb. This is what mages use for damage.

Make some mules... more characters so that you can transfer your items to those characters... your lower level ones (i think you got rid of them, but not sure).

The Marketplace has a "Transfer" Tab, this means you can move items from your character to another character that you created for them to hold onto. This is free.

You can make up to 8 characters per Core (soft / hard), you have 7 more slots.

just MQ... your even if you pass or fail, you start as level one(1) and keep your prof count and can use items as long as you muled them.

You should join mount Olympus or some other guild that pays for GP’s to get some fg for your MQ
