It's a insane charm, but not beeing an attack charm makes me sad

why couldnt this be anything but a heal

Yeah. I'd see it more as a fail drop. Just like having 70dex dropping on a club

This was my thoughts.

I see it as a sexy drop when +70% + MD comes into effect for Event once again... they as a healing charm, it becomes useful, and the Int/Max Mana comes in handy for the Cast charm in ACC slot.

Simple scenario when or if the game gets harder, and having items to counter it instead of the old "game is too hard, please change this game mechanic because we forgot how to play like we did in the past where it was harder."

But, thank to all those that realized, it is a Tier III item that aids casting charm even in ACC slot (-25% mana cost) and being able to cast more often when at that level you are 1 hit killing all the way to level 5 and 10 or 15 without switching this heal charm.

Yeah it sucks having good stats on a bad item type, it will be a good glyph thou!

Yeah just as everyone said, too bad it’s a heal, bit of a fail. But hey I guess if you’re really banking on having to heal a lot at level 3 go nuts!
