Grats. Sexy find for sure... This is what I use on my Guardian to MQ and use to use on Sammy and Pally:

Mystical wild heal VI
Level Req: 15
Heals: 9 to 92
+30 Strength
+2% Life Steal
+1% Heal Mastery

So your wild would be a great addition if I had the fund to purchase it. You should either use or keep. Oh, side note, I would use that to heal to gain profs. But then people think I am crazy :P

I am putting this in HC Sexy drops because I got this item Welling @ level 8 and dropped in a level 5 (Tier IV) item and this was a Side drop with 0 ML:

Magical comfrey,
Level Req: 15
Recovers 2696 Mana
