Incorrect... it is good because it IS a T1 with decent mods.

Remove the EPs / TCs and the +4 Level Cap, then it is just junk... at least he can explore this item @ level 10 and possibly get a great TierIV drop?

Add 10 ep's and 10 treasure chests and it's still junk.

Why?... you can initiate this map at level 15, Get the best out of it because cap is level 19 instead of 15, thus more chances to drop level 5 items of better quality since you have more EPs / TC spawns in such a small square.

You MAY (big MAY) find an item with 7X% ee / 15+ stat or more while exploring... so you think it is a waste of time? Hmmm, then it is a was of time finding a dime a day? that would be like what... $1.75 per week? or how about $5X per year? Basically, you don't favor the bold of exploring, you just whistle like a junkie and hope to get the next fix.
