The guild search only displays the characters for a guild that are in the top 50 ladders, Tapsa's ninja is not in the top 50 ninja ladder, so it does not show up. :)

Yeah this was something we didn't expect, but it is on our things to fix list. ^_^ We plan to fix this once we get the toolbox up and running well with IE and Opera.

We believe we have fixed the errors for Internet Exploere 8 users, if you were having problems before with the guild search, please try it now. :)

If you're still having issues with IE8, shoot us a PM.
