That's rough, that would take away my 2 most favorite solo skills

I experience a lot of lag on beta compared to live. It's not specific to any single action it's just laggy for me. I wasn't sure if this was due to it being hosted on a different server so I didn't report it until now.

I get forced out of cata from not being able to hit and I've given up on skilling entirely as its just too much of a chore with my lag.

It's only on beta, live is pretty smooth for me, even though I know my ping on live is not the greatest probably.

No lag for me, performs better than live.

If you are lagging now, you will when it goes live. The only change will be the data used (characters, etc) and the URL you use to access it. It's not magically going to be faster once it's officially on the regular dataset.

Understood. Well that sux. I'll have to play around some more on the beta tonight. See if it's specific to my setup or my just my connection

Definitely do that. I do not plan to go back to the old server code once this goes live.

This goes for everyone, don't ignore things on the beta thinking it'll magically not be that way once live. If there's a problem now, it will exist once I flip the switch and change the code to point to the live database instead of the dev one.

I havent tried skilling yet, but i experience lag while in the catacombs.

Can you provide a description of the difference between live and beta on what it is you're experiencing? "lag" is very vague, of course.

Like I said, definitely do not ignore this, or you're going to just be pissed once it goes live.
