Once again, all proficiencies are now permanent on your character, so long as you do not delete your character!

Fishing in games has been around since at least the 1980s, long before RS. Even my original version of the game had fishing in it (which was mid 90s). Additionally, fishing in LS is absolutely NOTHING like it is in RS. Neither is cooking.

In short, play the game before spamming.
