the display: none should be enough, but just to be sure i set opacity to 0

Next grease monkey patch:

- transmute + stabiliize have been merged into one button (lolz op)
- headhunters can now use clubs
- monk can wear toupee to cover the artic map aka their heads
- monsters now randomly spawn in town like pokemon
- jubilance has been increased times 3 and now works in catacombs as well
- monster names have been replaced with the most active ladder slasher's names
- option for lightsaber noise when clicking on monster added
- New hybrid class between monk and ninja
