I don't know how relate-able it is, but I can tell hitting an EP in the live game on the first hit weather or not it will typically drop something. If the monsters suck and have low hp, they just don't drop anything.

It's been like that for a while, drops having relevance to monster difficulty

Yeah but difficulty should be more than just amount of health... Glass cannon mobs definitely exist but would be junk drops in the current version like Joshie said.

DPS and amount of HP should be a factor to difficulty right?

I do plan more considerable rewrites of all the mob code and structuring. Every mob has it's own data and archetype, and from that, better stats can be derived, including, but not limited to, drops (types, quality, quantity), experience, etc. It's something that's been slated for a while, that will now be considerably easier (though still a big task, mostly in tedium of data entry and testing).

I just cooked 22 fish. Just realized, all the prof points went towards fishing and not cooking. :wallbash:

hahaah thats kinda cool for a bug though :P double fishing prof!! Who needs to cook it when you can just catch twice as big of fish :P

Uhh, what? They go into cooking for me, and you can see for others as well (on the ladder)... ?
