as far as i see from people with axes, clubs, swords this gives 1ee each level.
i dont know the maximum level yet or if it is harder to fill the bar as higher the level goes, but i think its a very helpful update for rich and poor players.
as we all know the ladder season will most likely last longer because of the door situation, but this means all players got more time to fill up their proficiencies.
lets say you get 1 of this every 5 levels, higher rates are possible easily the more active you play ( as it seems to depend on attacks (so activity) in first case, rich + poor have both good chances )
and as it does not reset after re roll or mq, the next climb will probably be faster because you got like 10ee more on your weapon setup.
in addition to the other adds like the increased heal from the shrines, this will lead to MUCH faster climbs throughout the length of the season, meaning all
players can improve if they are active and do more mq or find stuff more easier because they can kill faster.
there will be a point in the ladder, when players have charged up that much that it is just a question of time until the ladder reset will be forced,
although the chances to pass are lower now, but the number of total attempts will rise dramatically.
of course this is just speculation for now, as the facts are not clear at this point, but if it turns out to be something like this in my opinion this update
is absolutely great, active people receive the bonus regardless if they are rich or poor and all can improve and go for more mq each season and find items on their climbs.
