Actually sexy in my opinion, the 3 mods help when welling Tier III/IV & V items during level 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 upto level 10 or 15.

Most players don't understand it on HC when they have high Ranks of 10 and above while solo'ing.

This is my Tier III armor I use:

Legendary bronze plate mail
Physical Defense: 13 to 40
Magical Defense: 0 to 5
+6% Enhanced Effect
+15 Dexterity
+164 Max Life
+1 Extra Equipment Slots
+1 to 11 Mana per Kill
+3% Mana Syphon
+1% Earth Mastery

Mine just has more Dex and +Max Life, and I use this armor all the way up until level 10.

Would be nice, just wish we had a person on HC to Mute it, and also, it is cheaper and more beneficial for those at that level to just buy Arcane to mute with the RNG for muting items into essences.

The top 3 muters on HC can all complete this.. you only need rank 60 to be able to mute unique 55s
