That makes your proposal totally null.


Read again. Proficiencies are ONLY reset if you delete your character or the entire ladder is reset! You keep your proficiencies across rerolls and MQ attempts!

I had level 1 staff proficiency, logged out, came back and it was gone. Level 0 now ohmy.gif

it was gone when i changed the character

That's exactly what happened to me. Switch char and it poofed.
