Well lets just look at what happens when you ask for something and it is granted{

Request vault -- granted but fee added for use
request in-guild transfers -- granted, but fee added for use
request char name change option -- granted, but fee added to implement

So -- no thanks -- nn more fees

Not 100s
95% of climbs nowadays are premade through discord. There is a struggle finding +1 on popular discord so the difference of having opportunity to name groups won't be mind blown and find more clicking people in game to show up.
And is it really worth having explore 35+, 45+, 55+ names? I think having a name "explore" will get people that wants to explore to join the game. Then in game chat discuss what level start exploring from not that there will be a waiting queue and high pressure to join those types of game.

Not saying no to the option to name groups, its a useful addition. Just the amount of names you would need to name group wouldn't be that imo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My 2 cents

Well those are nice game features that alot of people are using.
You aren't forced to use them to play the game you aren't even forced to spend a single dime to play the game, you just have to struggle more to enjoy it perhaps

So much for a ''free'' game

Can't really think out of my mind right now of a game that is free without adds or in game feature that you can pay $$$ for to use.
I think most game devs want to earn some $$$ on the game they created for others to play and enjoy
