I would suggest to make more characters to mule your items to. You can also try to get some TierIII +1-3 Equipment Slots for your mule, you may find some TierI / II or IIIs yourself (even if +1 or 2 EES) if you don't want to buy them
EDIT: Not sure if you are using /set easy 0 command to increase monster spawn while you are running.
Explanation: Since you have not done any MQs... you are only encountering 2 normal & 1 Evil Presence at a time. If you want to increase it for drops, use the /set easy 0 command... if you don't, normally people type in /set easy 1 (only upto level 70 then it deactivates)
if you actually read the post he wanted to go down to 1 mob, let alone increasing it to 3 with larger EP waves.
So he does not need to use the /set easy command until after he mq's.
I would also avoid resetting to level 1, a much larger amount of the items he finds at level 40+ will be worth fg which will let him get stronger.

level 25: angelic or better
level 30: mystical or better
level 35: rare or better
level 40: magical or better
level 45: magical or better (often sells for 2 fg each)
level 50: magical or better (sell for 3 fg+)
level 55: magical or better (sell for 6 fg+)

level 20: 1 fg
level 25: 1 fg
level 30: 2-3 fg
level 35: 4-5 fg
level 40: 7-10 fg
level 45: 10-15 fg
level 50: 20-30 fg
level 55: 80-100 fg
Prices are reasonably low for wellables with the exception that 20's are regularly selling for 1 fg atm.
Can't find the majority of those until later levels, so makes more sense for him to push on at least to level 60 or so
