It appears to back up already

Just a couple of bug fixes for now:

• Updated Ladder Slasher, mobs can no longer spawn lower than the starting spawned level of the maze (Apr 18 2019)
  
• Users can no longer use Ladder Slasher while under suspension (Apr 18 2019)

Is that means if someone gets suspended in the middle of a climb then boom insta dc ?

Can you explain the first one please?
Is it that monsters on explore squares or non-explored squares were spawning at lower lvls?
Or is this so we can't whistle for lvl 1 monsters to heal on?

Only applies to movement.

So does this mean that I Start slashing a new maze at lvl 20, monsters will only spawn 20+?

What happens when I level up to lvl 24 in that same maze? The monsters go back to the regular +-2 levels range they had? Or does it go to Minimum24+ as we level up?
