As for your theory, I would surmise that since you are driving with a level 30 character, the monster level will still spawn around your level, BUT, not level 50 or below level 30... this is why I stated "Driver", also, I was hoping for more information for group runs when changing lead over and gaining faster experience for lower level characters in the group.

On the Next HC RESET JUST DELETE IT OR SWAP IT TO SOFTCORE, the 2 cores actually is hurting the game.

I have played HC since season 1 and there is like 2 other ppl that still play.

Convert it all to SC so there is more gear available, and any dead character gets deleted.
