in europe this is common practice.
america must be the only country in the world that values demonizing substances more than discrediting malpractice of responsible recreational use of these substances.
it is 100% possible to be responsible with only doing a moderate dose of pot or booze and not only being capable of still working, but actually working even better because you are in a great mood.
