what if they double the size of the chess board add new units would it ruin they skills set? or you think real grandmasters can adapt?

I would say about the half of there chess skills and knowledge would become useless, with that many changes

Anyone can become a master even if you started at age 30 if you try hard enough, I think you're more specifically talking about grandmaster being unachievable if you didn't start since youth hard.

also master can be different level depending in what league/country you are. I can beat a NM (national master) in chess.com, but it's harder to beat a master in the fqe league (quebec)

i sent you friend request in chess.com, my account name is OhLand. I see we have similar rating in bullet, we can play a few if you want. We can play 3days per move game too, but don't get fooled by my low rating, i lost and resign lots of game when i couldn't play anymore.

I accepted your friend request, I'm really not a fan of bullet. That's my lowest rated class. I'm down to play a three-day game. Non rated if u don't mind? And I can finally say that you look like you're actually a player that's AT LEAST as good as I am, probably better.
