If you block someone , or they block you, wouldnt it make sense if that make you/them unable to post in eachothers threads ? This would limit harassment allot

This idea is always closed. It will cause way more problems than good. You can simply ignore the problem users after blocking them from PMing you and if this was implemented they/you couldn't speak up for yourself if accused of something or a trade deal goes sideways there's no way to amend it without intervention from staff. It's simply easier for you to just ignore the user and not reply to their taunts.

Agreed, no clue why they don’t want this to happen, mods do literally nothing about harassment, makes dealing with toxic people impossible. “Just block them” like they give a shit about a DM block when they can directly spam and harass your topics with zero repercussions, all I can guess is the mods also like spamming so they don’t want this to happen

/e actually I can’t say they do nothing because I’ve actually never seen them do anything of relevance so they do less then nothing apparently

Thats sad , allot of the harassments go on in threads , i have personally had A dude who harassed me for months on end , they do far recived 30% warn , sure .. but their probably ruiner a thousand fg worth of bold/red threads for me ..

They enjoy us being harassed by bumbs apparently, hey I guess they assume the more spam there is the more active the forums are amirite?

The idea itself is nothing new.
People would abuse it and that's why it won't be implemented.

How could this feature be abused in a way that it negatively affects the site as a whole? Blocking someone should only impact the one doing the blocking. Maybe I'm missing something.
