Create a digital item that on reclamation allows the recipient to change their d2jsp name.

Why you ask? For two reasons:

1. d2jsp staff will change offensive names, as they should. These users, who may have not realized the culture d2jsp is trying to foster, and how their name goes against that... would be given a token that allows a name change.
2. If it was a physical token, they could be gifted to people, or trade... I often see people pooling donations for a name change. If it was a digital item it would allow more use for forum gold and community interaction

Concerned you need admin/moderator approval to track name changes for community protection? Have the token request flow to a workflow that still has the same sniff test/validation. Is this some ground breaking idea? no... but I've seen tokenization of site functions in use in other platforms and I'd like to see it in d2jsp.
