No much to explain , just a place where you can talk about hardware / firmware to any kind of device.
Didnt notice a topic / poll about it.
There should be one as our mobile phones are big part of our life now and here are some reason why we should have one :

Settings
Itunes / Kies / other program to manage information transfer to a PC / Laptop
Firmware
Hardware
Recommanding on a device modle
Solveing Issue's
Talking about new device's / old device's
