I suggest that the forums rules explicitly state all restrictions users will experience upon receiving various warn percentages including, but not limited to: precisely which forums posting access would be limited; increases to posting flood control; increases to PM flood control; and access to viewing indexes such as a user's recent posts and topics.

The current descriptions found in the Warnings and Punishments section of the Forum Rules and The Warn System help document are ambiguous and insufficient. Even as a trusted user and previous member of the d2jsp staff, the exact restrictions and punitive measures remain unclear to me.

The present restrictions are not widely understood by the general d2jsp userbase. This has resulted in an influx of topics in General Help, PMs to d2jsp staff, and off-topic posts made by individuals wondering why they are experiencing limitations.

These restrictions are certainly indexed in some non-public manner, but I recommend they be included ether in (1) the Official Site Rules and Policies or (2) in a separate, appropriately titled subsection of the General help index.

This suggestion should be easily to implement and require minimal work from any d2jsp staff members. It would alleviate moderator workload, diminish general help inquiries, and provide further deterrence for users intending to commit subsequent rule violations.

[x] Agree

I see many posts in GH about what exactly users can and cannot do with their level of warn, and the answers often contradict.
Letting users know what all that will be restricted to them if they break the rules can be an incentive for them to follow them.

That's the worst excuse for a "no" vote I've ever heard.

@OP - agreed.

Why? It's a legal action taken against rule breakers. It's not a guide or anything. If site rules were not violated than nobody would have to worry about it.

Yes, users often ask about this in general help, which obviously means that the current explanation isn't good enough
