A pm could be generated when a new user registers.
Clearly, if you are a new user, then this would be helpful since I see a lot complaining that they didn't know this or that (Ignorance of the law/rules does not mean a free pass. Just takes a lil time to read, but I guess they do not want to or get lost) despite there being a Help and Rules button on the same page up top :bonk: (Even this could be pointed out in the pm).

It could be like (Just a small example. It could be made more expansive if desired and Paul is willing to of course, but this short message would be enough I assume):

"Welcome to D2jsp! Take some time to read Help and rules (Click me!).
We also offer a New User guide (Click me!)"

I know there's a automatic filter, so I would assume a pm could be sent to new users in the same way.
That way they can never say "I was never told!" ^^
