I say yes and to prevent spam/new account user scams make it kind of like the donor forum that way only "trusted" people would be aloud to acsess the forum

Hello IImuseII!! I like this idea a lot and I've taken the liberty of setting the stage for it! I've attempted to put the idea in perspective with a good presentation, rule sets, goals, topics, uses, and limitations. If put in effect could be led by a Junior Moderator! I personally would have great joy in doing so if I ever was given the opportunity
