Correct. An exampled feature would be tagging users. This was implemented and has been able to be managed.

Some people have 150 messages and use messages more than they post. The current 50 message system has been the same for a very long time. For those who use an increased inbox size they may find sending multiple messages to users saves time, confusion, avoid unnecessary d2jsp.org spam filters and more.
If sending multiple messages was added maybe it could first be added to those who have opted for an increased box size.
