More cons then pros in my opinion for example:

1. *Missed opportunities*: You might miss out on timely trade alerts, or crucial discussions that could impact your trading decisions.

2. *Delayed information*: By silencing notifications, you may not receive important information promptly, potentially leading to delayed reactions and missed trades.

3. *Disconnection from the community*: "Do Not Disturb" mode might isolate you from the community, making it harder to connect with fellow traders, learn from their experiences, and share your own insights.

4.
Like R3my stated.

Voting no. This would turn into a complete disaster when half of the users who would use this feature forget to turn the “DND” off. If you’re getting a lot of impatient people PMing you while you are away simply include in your posts that you will return PMs/posts when you are available.

Also agree with this statement.

We also do have an offline/online status set in place.

With that being said no from me.

Gotta have to vote no on this one,

You can simply reply to inquiries once you're available,

There are chances you'd potentially lose out on a lot of trades and inquiries if you were to have a DnD mode on, a lot of the times people would still be interested in your items even if you were to respond at a later time.

With that said though it's always good practice to clean up your old PMs and manage your inbox, here are ways you can increase your inbox too if you're running into problems with inbox space:

I voted NO

You can pretty much already tell if a Person is Online or currenty AFK just by looking at their profile or simply by looking next to their Post. You also have the 'Last Seen" which should tell you if the person is active or not.

There is a significant number of users (especially SC Ladder players) who lack the ability to perceive such subtleties. OP is suggesting a feature where you can lock down your mailbox (temporarily restrict reception of any PMs) to make it very clear that you are unavailable at the moment. I'm pretty sure this would never get implemented, but it sounds potentially useful in certain cases.

I voted no, it stagnates the purpose of this whole community, in my opinion atleast.

As a very active trader, sir, you simply don’t know. 2020+ users will completely disregard the PM icon and will, in fact, pm you 20 consecutive times, each time getting more aggressive than the last, despite your “last seen” being 10 hours ago. It’s very obvious that people voting no such as Yakir are not active traders. Do you guys think people actually look at “last seen” and your status if you have an item they desperately want? They don’t.

However, I agree with this. If you are actually a very active trader, you have learned to simply clear your pm inbox every morning automatically anyway. It’s nearly all spam anyhow.

I look at Last seen.

I am abstaining simply because I don't care..
