Because that is the trading section of the forums.
For guides on how a item can be useful, you would have to drop over to the discussion sub-forums.

That rare guide sucks and those items are basic, Mines a rough copy of what people want and I'm sure if I get permission we can combine them for a all in one for all traders of d2

You don't need permission to make a guide. Just make it.
Also, this topic does not belong in site suggestions.
Make a complete copy of your guide and request it to be part of the sticky in the discussion forums if it is a much better version of a current topic.

Yes it does lol, Im suggesting that this guide can be combined with others for a full guide for rares/crafts on ladder trading sub forums for a reference sheet and you can have about 90% less price check threads.

It's like wow it's kinda hard to know rare/crafts keep able items and so many pc threads up daily.
