As we know, when someone gets 10% in PaRD they end up in GC posting the same topics they did in PaRD. This is a common trend.
PaRD having it's own sub forum and someone who is posting PaRD outside of it is not only posting wrong forum but is actively evading warn.
Please help us keep our precious GC clean and a safer environment for everyone.

The very essence of PaRD in GC has been alive through this thread that has been allowed to bypass the site rules for multiple years. It is littered with off-topic spam posts and even completely nuked posts, yet survives for some unknown reason. We have asked about this thread numerous times. It has been justified by JM's saying "It's where it belongs" which is in direct contradiction to the GC sticky and site rules sourced above. If at all, can we have a direct clean answer on why this is allowed in GC? Instead of "Just cuz." There is also a duplicate thread made in PaRD itself so 2 threads exist of the same handle. Below are the same threads in 2 different places, one being the correct sub-forum.

This is a good solution, the current iteration of "punishment" does nothing as they can just revert to GC and continuously get away with it.
This results in people without warn from PaRD even coming into contribute to the wrong forum thread.
