since now we can transphere neopet from 1 account to another it should not be illegal (at least on jsp)

- Do use trade mediators for all possible trades.
- Do not trade accounts it is illegal

edit : if ur looking how to trasphere a pet : got to the neopet pound page and just go to middle 1 (labeled trasphere)
you can transfer a pet once evry 2 week or once a month (i dont remember lol)
