It was pretty damn good. They made over 15 millions with that single event. Its a pretty good start and its been talked about a lot. The sport presentation that tony khan aims to do could be pretty interesting if done right. The post match interviews/weight ins like combat sports do are also interesting and add something more to the product.

They just need to cut the wwe reference (smashing the throne). The small ones like the round up the attendance number im fine with it.

well ambrose and cody had some reasons to take shots
the ambrose promo was perfect, while cody entrance i didnt like it but i also understood it after the pissant company message

if it dosent become a weekly thing to cut promos on wwe it will be good
it will be doomed if their whole focus is to take shots at wwe

atm from what i read they just raised the bar and wwe are in panic atm and they are giving sanctions to the wrestlers who talks about aew

they are riding the wave atm and as long as they focus on their product they will have a company that will stay arround

to make over 15 millions on your first event, to generate a massive buzz after a successful event
as a wrestling company its pretty dang impressive. The sport presentation makes the product way more interesting then wwe and they will have to ''spice up'' the product to keep their audience

but since the backstage officials changed in impact, its a pretty damn good product, the only problem is that the brand has been so damaged by dixie carter/hogan/bischoff that they would need to totally get away from the name impact/tna
