Do tego jak ktos nie robił nóg to dalaj może liczyć na noobgainsy w tych partiach. Wiadomo, że nie zrobią dużych kopyt w kilka treningów, ale w ciagu kilku czy kilkunastu tygodni można przestać wyglądać jak idiota.
