co to w ogóle jest AAS? to samo co SAA?

a może chodzi mu o

kurde nie wiem jaki bf mam, a muszę obliczyć zapotrzebowanie pod LG :/

~80kg, 182cm, 92cm w talii

15% BF to chyba będzie lekko co?

trudno mi okreslic z tego bo miesnie troche zmieniaja wyglad a u mnie miecho i skora :D ale tak z 16 bym sobie dal...
