Been over twenty years since I played classic.

Is there any sites dedicated to classic only?

Looking for classic only items/guides etc etc.

Also, you can't gamble exceptional items in classic.

That table has 2 errors, here are the corrected lines :
of Precision: +10-15 Dex alvl=56 clvl=48 Rings, Gloves
of Life: Damage Reduc 4-7 alvl=41 clvl=33 Body Armors, Shields

AREA LEVELS

Those are the ilvls of items dropped in those areas, by chests & regular mobs.
For champions, add +2 to the value, and +3 for uniques+minions.
Act bosses have a specific value :
Andariel = 12/37/62
Duriel = 22/47/72
Mephisto = 26/51/76
Diablo = 40/65/90
