Im saying storing entries with same xp is pointless, if xp doesn’t change you already know they did not play/gain any xp. You are flooding yourself with pointless data.

Well we could do, but for the moment database space is not a problem, it might be in future if we add other realms. Then I will think about your point, thx for your input

I don't think that storing 1,7k entries every 20min is going to be a problem. If it really becomes a problem you could set up a cron job and clear entries that are older than, lets say, 7 days.
In a week there will be around 850k entries per realm and for a database thats not really a lot.

Yea well it's 1.7k entries per ladder list, we are currently tracking 4 lists, so it's around 5.7k entries per cycle.

There are no plans in releasing the source code. It was some work getting everything set up and getting the data and we don't want to get copied easily (although I don't think that's very likely).
Maybe you could tell us more why you care about releasing the source code?
Would you be interested into the full source code, or only parts like the web application, bot detection or data catching?

is it financials? i know the east hardcore ladder community would donate funds to make this happen

it's not primary about financials. More about the work that has to be done to add all realms. For us the important part is hearing that people would love it to happen - that motivates of course.
We will see what we can do.
