Here's what i did, i recorded the first 3 Actaios runs, including the quest kill. I think it would be nice to have 1 or 2 videos per act showcasing the progress of the build and the more interesting bosses in the game... that way i can embarrass myself more for the noob i am. :D I'm happy i recorded 3 runs, because on the third one i find something good, i also get a level up in there.

Great progress man, keep it up :)

Thanks a lot! Normally i wouldn't waste so much time in each act, but i'm motivated to not let this character die early, so i'm doing everything in my power to keep him well equipped for the dangers of the upcoming acts. It's a fun farm because i have a reason for it, normally i wouldn't care about deaths and will breeze through the acts to reach the higher difficulties quicker but at the cost of many deaths and that was lame of me... :D

Time to finish act 2...
Not great but better than my shitty armor - swapped

Before i continue with the Telkine farm i turned in the quest to get a reward of 2 skill points - one goes into Crushing Blow synergy for Battle Rage, the other 1 in Battle Standard - the Standard is an AoE skill, very useful against bosses and dangerous situations

Level up - 3 points in the Warfare tree

Nice set boots, great fire resist - I'll be using them after the Akaios farm as my old boots run little faster and will save me some time

Good but not useful now, piercing and fire resistances will be nearly maxed with the ^ epic boots. I will stash it just in case... it will be useful against the first boss in act 3, because if i'm not mistaken he has a nasty poison attack that can kill me instantly with no poison resistance.

Level 27 - all points in the Warfare tree. The three dark obelisks on the way to Aktaios makes leveling here very quick, i also often get ex shrines along the way.

Amazing! I had a lot of dry runs, but then the Captain's Signet drops again. This will help for act 3. My last concerns remains the Vitality Resistance. I have to find a green hallowed helm at all costs! Bleeding resistance rarely comes in use in the first 4 acts, but then in act 5, oh my GOD! I fell like more than 50% in the enemies there deal bleeding damage...

Finally, a weapon upgrade... haven't got one since the end of act 1. When i swap the Valor of Achiles relic on to this thing, it should increase my damage by quite a bit

Nice, +40 DPS, that axe was a good purchase

Level 28 - all points in the Warfare Tree - this will be the last Aktaios run. I've got a few blues and greens from him, but outside the boots and the two Captain rings, the rest doesn't help much... still, i'm very happy with what i've got from him

Next stop - Babylon. To get there i need to open a portal in the Temple of Hatshepsut, using the staff of chaos. The third Telkine is now there, searching for the Sickle of Cronos, a legendary artifact that he plans to use, to wake up a monstrous titan - Typhon - Bane of the Gods, who happens to be the most dangerous boss in normal difficulty... looking forward to fighting him

But first we have the act boss - he's easy, but has bad drop rates, so no need to waste any time with him.

The portal is opened, act 3 awaits!

Here's the plan for Act 3 - I'm not gonna waste time and quickly rush to the final third of the act, where the city of Chang'An is located. There i can find a very fast monster infrequent katana called Sabertooth... it drops very often, but i'm hoping to get it with some sort of physical damage affix. Once in Chang'An, i'm gonna have to start farming the vendors for the rare Hallowed helm. Fighting Typhon is no joke, he has a powerful vitality drain attack that will take most of my health and replenish him, it cannot be avoided as a melee fighter and it will make him almost impossible to beat. On top of that, he drops insta kill meteors from the sky and has hard hitting fire, lightning and poison attacks... i'm gonna have to balance all these resistances if i want to stand a chance against him, let alone farming him for loot. He also has a damage reflect ability that he triggers in intervals, if i attack him during his reflection state, i will kill myself in an instant. Before fighting Typhon, i also need to defeat the hardest of the three Telkins - Ormenos, he also has strong lightning and vitality attacks. So to summarize... if i get lucky and get the needed items, i can complete this act very quickly. If i don't get lucky, well, then i'll see you in a few days :D

The Gardens of Babylon - Act 3 is probably the most beautiful act in the game. Also, the scenery will be more diverse as i'll be chasing the Telkine all across Asia. There will be all sorts of biomes to go through here...

The Chimera - she has a very strong fire attack and no so strong lightning attack, i swapped the epic set boots to max my fire resist and it made the fight easy

And of course Ormenos now has the Sickle of Cronos and because this girls failed at her job, now i have to chase the Telkine all the way to China to stop him from resurrecting Typhon

Forgot to mention... Chimera's chest dropped my first Greater Formula... but it's useless for me. Here, I also get my third and final inventory extension

In this first encampment in the Babylon Outskirts, there are a bunch of quest related Ichtians, just a step away from the trater. Selling prices in Act 3 are better, and these guys also drop higher level loot that the reptilians on the Nile shore... so here, the gold farm is even faster. I'm not gonna waste time, my gold is good, moving on.

The Silk Road - going up the mountains to the east

Level 29 - All points in the Warfare tree

All smooth so far... it's the final third of the act that worries me the most
