but in the context of the game var should have just said "first goal was a dive, so no penalty here" - because it wasnt a 100% clear penalty
well, var was a success overall, but a world cup final decided by screw ups is yikes.
as a result they will surely add challenges like in tennis/murican football soon.
no yellow cards in the entire world cup for blatant dives is a joke tho. they should add it to var and hand out yellows tbh. else you never reduce diving.
