Australia have been including their gk alot in their play almost as field player on occasion, bit neuer style, because they kinda have to, seeing how outskilled they are individually on the field. so yeah not too suprising smtn like that happened.

Such a shame tho.

I think I dislike Argentina the most of all teams in the wc. Boring gameplay. Maybe after serbia but not for sporting reasons.

If drastic change doesnt occur to Argentinas quality and attitude theyll get shat on by Netherlands for sure.

/2-1 Lmao
Pls aus pls give a miracle
i wanna see arrogant Messi in tears

Lmao what's wrong with Messi? I really can't think of anything, he is super humble and from how he plays everyone can read that he enjoys the game the most. He plays fair and no actor skills in play. And he provided the most fantastic plays for over 10 years. He was faithful to his club to the end.

Anyway I am in somewhat confusing situation, I am Holland 🇳🇱 fan since 1998 WorldCup. Bit later realized that half of the Dutch team played in FCB so I started supporting them too. Then Messi came andi just love watching him play, it did not make me PSG fan but I kodt certainly want him to win the WC. And for the Argentina team I agree, they look arrogant and halfskilled, with more tatoos than IQ/person.
But just because Messi I support them.

And mow they are against Netherlands andi just don't know what to do. In 2014 was easy cuz I knew Messi will have another chance, but now..

You have mass hysteria nr1 Religion, with the boy loving priests

You have mass hysteria nr2 Soccer, with transgender promoting men running a ball in a boys game

Being a shy introvert that tries to avoid conflict and media attention doesn't necessarily make you humble. He has had a very shitty attitude towards some managers in the past and blackmailed Barça into doing his bidding. His love for the club was second to the love for his bank account, as became evident by his increasingly greedy demands with every contract and his reluctance to find a formula that would allow Barça to afford to keep him (but hey, 99.9% of players would do the same here, I have nothing wrong with that as long as we're clear on what the priorities are). And then there's the whole tax evasion scheming.

Over all, amazing player, but not an amazing person. Not among the worst people in the world of football by any means, but I wouldn't say he's specially likeable beyond his fantastic football skills (which of course deserve maximum praise).
