I meant as in by the official rules, it's not a pen. But you're right, every ref will make their own call.

Australia were dominating the game then there was BS foul on Gomez to give Argentina an offensive FK. They created the goal opportunity from that play. Now Argentina flopping every play they can. Biggest pos team bar none.
