Naw, want 1 instant where sa not gonna take his topic he wanted as a auto confirm since he posted the offer and a known bnp,,(he might be known elsewhere) cd the bet and won without opponent cd it, when they made topic and didn't ask for a upfront

If you dont ask for uf nothing is confirmed until the creator of the topic replies to any bets given. Especially if A/c isn't said.

His "too late" post wasn't to unconfirm a bet, it was to tell you the game had already started and he couldn't take the bet any longer unless you both determined it was a fair in-game bet which is clearly not the case.

Those are unofficial rules by the way, it's entirely up to the moderation team on how to moderate.
It's pretty clear as day the guy didn't want to negotiate any in-game bet terms but hey I am not the one making a bet.
I wouldn't have paid a cent as he didn't confirm any bets with you.

he confirmed himself, i only posted "cd" again because i took multiple bets and opponents in this topic and per pm, to clarify who and which bet was confirmed.

in my case there is only 1 bet and only me betting vs the guy, so i complied to his rules and terms and he doesnt need to confirm again.

Also i said before kick off how long i was taking bets, that i take upfront for auto cd.

He didn't say "confirm" "cd" or any form of confirmation.
He made the thread, went afk before you posted and did not come back until 33 minutes after kickoff to tell you that it's too late and the game had begun lol...

Your thread I linked was just to show that you do know how confirmation works as you confirmed back your bets to people.
Had those people not paid, that would be a welch.
However this is not a welch regardless of what rule bending you're trying to commit here lol.
