I am still here zarkadon
But I no longer post because now I work for Orian from Lincoln FC and am one of moderators on his fan forums
but really just lost interest in football, new players lack something that players of 1990s-2000s era had idk what it is

I can relate somewhat. I mean, I do still love football and I watch my teams regularly (and I'd watch more if I had the time), but there are things that just don't click the same way as before.

For me it's mostly about the lack of proper FFP and the whole business and sellout show the sport is becoming. Plus all the media drama crap, which gets more sensationalist, uneducated and less objective every year. As an adamant romantic, all this bs pains me. I'm still not at the point were I want to turn my back on the sport, but I sure wish football was more like rugby in the sense that they defend the essence of the sport above money and shitshows.

Fuck that pos Rubiales. Completely destroyed our WC. Now that we have a decent manager again, we're back to being a shredder. Not saying we would've beaten France, but considering how bad over all most of the top teams performed, we would've likely made it to the final.

But leaving aside those would'ves and could'ves, it's nice to see that the team has moved on and we're back to being ourselves. Amazing performance today B)

Not going to lie, we completely run you over. The result could have even been broader.

Chin up... I'm sure your boys need a bit of readjustment after such a great WC... I'm sure you guys will be back to having strong performances soon, there is proper talent in your team.

its okej mate as i dont rate this nations league anyway.tbh havent even watched it,seen the result only.only thing i noticed is that we started a strange line up.dno why we changed rog (midfielder) for vrsaljko xD
our coach said that he wanted to try some new players but i guess it didnt work

Honestly, if we keep playing with the heart that we showed yesterday, we might even have somewhat of a chance. I don't think the Finnish / Estonian / Greek team is ahead of us in any way.

The biggest mistake was hiring that good for nothing coach Leekens (Mill can confirm), he didn't do anything, just sat on his butt for months without actually doing anything.

Rossi (our new trainer) although not a world-class coach, is really appreciating the opportunity to be the coach of the national team and I'm sure he will do everything he can to bring out the most success out of the team.

We needed a coach like this, a coach that the fans can get behind, and he fits that category perfectly. Also, Rossi has decided to leave out Dzsudzsák, our most "valuable" player in terms of $$, because he does currently not have a club and that was a big decision from him.

Nobody has ever dared to leave out Dzsudzsák and it's nice to see that someone finally decided to do it. He is not in form, went to a club where the quality of football is bad, just to collect some more money.

Overall, I think we could qualify, realistically we will get the second place in our group, with some luck we could even be #1, if we play like the last 2 years, we will get third place.
