You can have absolute monsters at receiver but if you don’t have time to throw the ball or those WR’s don’t have the required time to get open then it’s incomplete.
So being a good route runner in their system is more important than being a physically dominate receiver. That’s why players like Baldwin had sustained success with Wilson in particular.
Smart and good route runners are far superior to athletic ability.
I personally would rather see them build their oline/dline from fa/ draft and let Wilson fucking shine.
Wilson is a top 5 qb and if anyone says differently they're insane.
Giving Wilson 2-4 seconds of extra time in the pocket would be absolutely disastrous for defenses.

Unless you get offered 3x 1st rounders+ the trade isn't worth it.
Giving Wilson time in the pocket will kill opposing defenses, especially when you've got Lockett who is the master of "just get open".
