This is the struggle of trying to rebuild a NFL team the right way. They're trying to build this team through the draft and that simply takes time. They have a lot of rookies and 2nd year players on that team. 5 picks in the first two rounds of this coming year's draft.

Obviously if you win the lotto and get lucky on a QB, it excels the process, but that's few and far between. They need to stay on the course. They don't need to blow it up already in typical Brown's fashion. By year 3 they should start seeing results. If no results are being seen by year 3, it's time to start firing people.
