It's either Bortles or a rookie, that's it.

They aren't going to pay Bortles $16m and then go sign some other FA QB at another $20m+ a year. It isn't going to happen.

Marrone announced Bortles as the starter this week.

If we win this weekend, it's looking like Bortles should stay around for next year. A win will likely drop us out of the top 10 (currently #9) and trying to move up into the top 1-3 for Haskins (if he even declares for the draft) is going to be expensive as all fuck now that Herbert is going back to school.
